Evolution history of IOPE’s retinol

Our research to stabilize retinol began in 1994. We have applied for 25 patents in Korea (registered 20) and 22 overseas patents (registered 14), published 10 SCI entries, presented at 17 international conferences, won six external awards, evaluated 500 skin-friendly ingredients, and reported 67 skin-friendliness evaluations. HOW TO USE

How to Open Bottle

• 
  STEP 01

  Grab the ring long to remove it.
  (If the ring cannot be removed easily, slightly turn the cap to loosen it.)

• 
  STEP 02

  Turn the cap counterclockwise until the end to bore the inside and attach the inner cap.

• 
  STEP 03

  Turn in the opposite direction to open the cap.
  ※ After opening for the first time, open and close the cap lightly.

How to Use

Essential retinol routine

1. 

   After using essence/serum, take adequate amount (about a grain of rice on each part) on areas with wrinkle concerns, such as eye rims, lips, middle of the forehead, and neck.

2. 

   Retinol 0.3% is recommended to customers who used 0.1% for over four weeks.
   ※ If you are sensitive to the retinol ingredient, use the retinol product after using cream.

3. 

   The skin needs an ‘adaptation period’ when using retinol for the first time.

   
4. 

   Only use Retinol 0.3% at night.

Precautions for Use

Precautions for Use

• Since retinol is weak against light and heat, we recommend using it at night. Make sure to use 0.3% only at night.
• Use a sunblock during daytime since the ingredient may remain on your face.
• Do not use with scrub and peeling products.
• When using retinol for the first time, the skin can get stingy and reddish. Dead skin cells can be aroused. Soothe your skin using cream in this case.
